The first impression says it all. The P in Place on the hotel sign is out and that pretty much sums this hotel up. Old, out-of-date, from the decor to the bedding. The first room I stayed in was not that clean, there was something brown splashed on the outside of the shower and it looked like the housekeepers don't vacuum behind anything. The second room was slightly cleaner; however the soap dispenser was broke off the wall in the shower, the jacuzzi jets were broken and didn't work well. The overwhelming amount of fake flowers just make me say aww-chuu! The breakfast was horrible, powdered eggs - gross!!\r

The website I booked with offered a $50 dinner credit for the resturant, but the hotel only gave me a $20 credit and the prices at the resturant were extremely high. I asked and was told by the desk clerk, they only give $20 to people who book online! The food was excellent, but the prices were too high. \r

I had a little time while waiting for the van from the hotel so I looked at the display and was freaked out. The maniquins look like unhappy dead people. The display had cobwebs and thick dust on everything. I think the hotel and resturant needs to simplify the decor and get rid of the maniquins, fake flowers, fake columns, wall paper and all the display cases of tschotskis (some which were broken) immediately. The mismatched furniture in the lobby was not only confusing but ugly!! \r

Atleast the bed was comfortable, and the water in the shower was hot with good pressure. I would NOT stay here again.
