Great Customer Service 1/26/2009

The customer service in this Saluda River Store is fabulous. I have a German Shepherd that is allergic to grains. After talking to the folks at one of the big chains and not getting the help I needed, I went to Saluda River on Augusta Rd. They made a recommendation that was right on the money. She now eats EVO Red Meat and her allergies are now gone. She has stopped scratching and licking at her feet. Her energy is out of the roof and her coat is beautiful. My husband and I have people come up to us all the time telling us how beautiful she is. This would not have been possible without the kind and knowledgeable staff at Saluda River Pet Store. Thank you! more

their the friendliest 1/13/2008

At Saluda river When you first walk in the door there is always somebody ready to help you whether its help with a brandnew puppy, fish freshwater and saltwater, reptiles, small furry animals, birds, and any other animal. and if they dont have what you need they will always be glad to order it for no extra charge. and they always welcome any type of animal inside the store more

Saluda River Pet Store 11/27/2007

I have been going to Saluda River Pet Store for a long time now.\r The people are so nice and helpful. I have never once had to carry a heavy bag of dog food to my truck. They always have what I need in stock. I can take my pets in with me. It's a great place to shop. The store is Awesome!!! more

If you need it fast... 11/23/2005

If you're in a hurry and need a pet supply quickly I'd reccommend stopping by Saluda River Pet Supply store. It's a smaller store that carries a variety of pet food and supplies. Of course it's a bit more expensive than big chain stores ,but if you're needing something quickly this is the way to go. I've shopped here several times and I'm in and out within 5-10 minutes. Friendly service...They'll even take heavy items to your car without you asking. more

This is a very good place to go to buy dog food. They will answer any questions you have, and offer you the dog food they think best suits your dog's needs. They offer a wide variety of other things for pets as well. They are a pretty big establishment with a lot to choose from. more
