It is a sad place where your health care is not about healthcare but about capitalizing on your helplessness. These doctors are primarily motivated by money which is pretty obvious when they bounce you back and forth to one another without giving you what you need. It took my mother 8 visits just to get a prescription for a antibiotic for a simple infection. The doctor refused to give a prescription over the phone and made her come in for a return visit because he FORGOT to give her the prescription the previous time (WHAT!?) there goes another couple hundred in his pocket (Christopher E. Henson). These doctors are milking poor elderly people who don't know any better, giving them the run around as they collect the cash in the process. \r \r Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually cares about your health.\r \r The only doctor there I can say anything good about is Doctor Kunz who is very helpful. more

I switched our children's pediatricians office from Saltzer after several billing issues (double billed for appointments, billed for visits that never happened, wrong coding so insurance wouldn't cover visits, etc). Since the Quick Care facility is closer than their new pediatrician, we make occasional visits there for immediate issues. On a recent visit they removed a popcorn kernel from my daughter's nose, and billed my insurance over $500 for the two minute procedure. Because my insurance does not cover these types of visits I am now stuck with the outrageous bill. I will never go to one of their facilities ever again! more

I love the physicians at Saltzer Medical Group. My children see Dr. Richard Aguilar and have gotten exceptional care. I personally have seen a wide variety of physicians including Dr. Elaine Davidson, Dr. Kristyn Schelhaas, and Dr. Shane Andrew, as well as receiving care at their imaging center, and therapy facility. We have also utilized their Quick Care many times and been very pleased. Everyone at Saltzer has given my family exceptional care. I did have one billing issue a few years ago, but with one phone call it was quickly resolved. I highly recommend the care provided at Saltzer. Pros: Great Physicians more
