Ok, these guys know what good customer service really means, they totally embrace great service, product and quality all in one! Kat & Nancy won us over from all of Portlands great pet stores. They have a stamp card for dog food and cat food (every 9th or 10th is free) and they have only the best products, they give 10% off to resued animals and even deliver food to your house! I like this place so much I hand out their cards to my clients! Pros: Great service and selection, my dogs love this place! Cons: Can't think of one except it can be abit cramped because of the small location. more

I met Nancy, the owner of the shop, when I was working on a project for dogs that belong to the homeless. She was generous with giving food and supplies for the dogs and just generally a dog lover. Since then I have gotten all my dog food, treats, and products from her. She and her staff are very knowledgable about the products they carry, which are all high quality. She remembers my name, and my pets name, when we come in. She remembers what kinds of foods my dog, Tulip, likes and she keeps track of what we buy to give us a discount every 10th bag. During the pet food scare, Nancy had not been carrying any of the contaminated brands. I feel great supporting a locally owned business, but it's the service that really keeps me going back. Very friendly place. I stopped in and chatted with a cool young lady about my needs for my rottie. They had everything I needed plus lots of unique and cool handmade and hard-to-find stuff. And when I said I'd be getting my food there, the shopkeep told me they'd even deliver my goods. What could be better?! Pros: Location, Selection, Value more
