This waterfront restaurant is still the newest and hottest place to dine, socialize and be seen. The staff is an example of southern hospitality. After almost three years, people are still talking about Saltus. Pros: Waterfront view, Manager on floor, Large/crowded bar Cons: Parking is limited, Reservation suggested more
