I've been waiting for a casual Italian restaurant like this one. The Chicken Parmigiana and the Lasagna Rolls were tasty and reasonably priced. The house salad is great. You can tell this place uses high quality ingredients and cares about the details of the food, like fresh herbs in the Alfredo sauce. Yet, it doesn't feel like a stuffy Italian restaurant; it is a modern-feeling but comfortable place where you can go eat good food and hang out with your friends(or even with your family). ;-) If you want a new place to frequent, try out Saltimbocca-- it is one of our new favorite restaurants!
Pros: quick tasty food, almost everything is reasonably priced, service is good, parking is not a problem, good for groups, and for smaller parties
Cons: new restaurant still slightly on their opening-up learning curve, but other than that, there don't seem to be any cons to Saltimbocca!
