Straight to the point: *Sign a contract with them and paid them half the money up front on 10/22/2011. * Contract stated the job will be finished on 04/23/2012. * I was told today they system should be up and running by May 25th 2012. I currently have my solar panels stacked up against my fence in the backyard. Don't do with this company if you want your solar installed on time. more

I agree with cOrgan, they are worth the wait. It may take them a little longer than the typical 3 months or so, but the quality is fantastic. Besides, they were upfront about the timeline, and ours was done in 5 months (that's under what they stated to us). Not only the quality, but the price is the best we found. more

Excellent Quality 11/14/2011

These guys do an excellent job! It may take a little while to get your system installed but the quality and performance are great. What's more, they pay utility bills for customers whose project goes over the timeline until complete. They are extremely busy, I guess that's why projects sometimes go over in time. They're in-demand. Just look at how many permits they have out across the state. more

Very poor service 10/12/2011

Warning: Do NOT ever do your solar with this company. Their customer service is lousy. They took 11 months to install my solar after I paid for it in full. They agreed to pay for my electric bill because of the delay only to send me a check that bounced. They will provide many different excuses. you would be best to find a different company. I wish I had. more

Wonderful, reliable, and courteous company to deal with. 9/15/2010

Salt River Solar & Wind's service is very good. My bill is not down as much as I had hoped, so they are going to come out and look into it. My bill used to be in the 300s, and now it is a little over 100. I was hoping it would be in the double digits, but that is not their fault. Before I used Salt River Solar I had another company put in a solar hot water heater. I liked Salt River Solar far better than the guys who did that job. The original salesman, who came with his wife, was very, very good. The people I deal with on the phone are wonderful and always call back. Their relationship with their customers is superb. They seem to know what they are doing, they tell you when they are coming, and they fix any problems as they come up. Their customer service is really 5 star. I would give very high marks to Salt River Solar. I would recommend getting solar, not just for the lower bill, but also for our country. more

Seems like a new company with growing pains. 9/15/2010

Price was right. Pre-solar package gave a very good bang for the buck, in my opinion. However, installation/service didn't quite measure up. Wiring on installation was not done correctly according to drawings, and City required that it be done over. It was done over promptly, but the whole installation was delayed about a week as a result. Installation of roof/attic fans was done, redone, and redone again. According to different company representatives, the flashing on the original installation was not done correctly; that was fixed; the material of which the flashing was made was incorrect; that was fixed. I don't think Salt River Solar made any money on that installation. Re the solar panels, a roof tile was broken during the installation. Again, several different company representatives assured us that the tile would be fixed right away. The final fix required at least three calls to the owner's son, two calls to the person to whom his calls later were directed, and, finally, a call to the owner, who, to his credit, saw to it that the work was done that afternoon. Overall, it seems that the company is lacking in organization and follow-through. When a problem is reported to one person, it seems to stop there, and no one responsible coordinates to see that the problem is solved. more

Stand up company.... Did everything they commited to ... on time. 9/10/2010

Had a problem with one phase.... when reported the company stood up and addressed the issue above and beyond. All intallation was top notch. We couldn't be more pleased, and haven't worked before or after with a better company. more
