I had made the mistake of buying the hair dye in a box and of course it turned out really bad. Pros: Great atmosphere with a very friendly helpful staff more

Average experience 8/13/2006

I actually went & tried Danielle a few months back. I'm sorry to say that I wasn't impressed. My hair was just feeling blah & needed someone to give me ideas & suggestions. She pretty much told me that with my hair (very fine/very straight) there wasnt much to be done except to leave it as it is & trim it. I felt very disappointed & I don't plan to go back to her again. The salon itself looks great & I can't speak for the other stylists. I guess I would be willing to go back to try someone else. However, I am probably going to go with a personal reference this time. BTW, this review wouldn't let me change the Rating of ""Recommended"", I would say, that my experience was 'AVERAGE' not 'RECOMMENDED'. Pros: Great location, nice modern salon, professional Cons: Not satisfied with the stylist I used & not punctual-other than that, none more

Blaire is Highly Recommended 7/31/2006

If you're looking for a great stylist, Blaire is definitely your girl. I am an extremely happy repeat customer many times over and would not trust anyone but Blaire with my hair. Not only is she great stylist, she also truly cares about her clients and always keeps their best interest at heart. She is highly knowledgable and strives to make sure my needs are met; I am happy to say that I have never left the salon unsatisfied. I've recommended Blaire to several friends and colleagues and they have all had fantastic experiences with her as well. If you're in the market for a new stylist, give Blaire a chance to prove to you how wonderful she is at what she does. more

Blaire is the BEST! 6/18/2006

I recently moved to the Bay Area, and was very upset about leaving my hair stylist. I was reccomended to Blaire by my new neighbor, and have been VERY happy with her work! I would reccomend her to anyone! She really knows what she is doing, and was very concerned about keeping my hair healthy! That showed me alot! more

Danielle really can cut hair 4/18/2006

I read all those reviews on how great Danielle is. I have to admit I was skeptical at first, but needed to see for myself. I haven't been able to find a stylist that is consistent. The search is over, Danielle is friendly and professional and she gave me a cut that I love. Now I can get my hair done only a few miles away from home instead of driving all the way to Santana Row. Danielle was great, but the rest of the staff was not as friendly. Pros: great value, nice atmosphere Cons: staff not as friendly more

Love this salon - and Danielle. She's great - very into making sure you get what you want. Danielle (and everyone who works there as far as I can tell) is so friendly and fun to talk to. Since I have a little one, it's great that I can book Saturday appts or late afternoon times with her. She does great work and I highly recommend her! more

Great Stylist! 1/30/2006

I just had my hair done by Danielle, what a gem! She is fun, skilled, and knowledgeable. I have been to so many stylists who only want to tell you their life story...but Danielle was very professional. I have found a keeper. Pros: Great parking, Clean salon, No loud music more

Nicole is the best!!!! 7/24/2005

I have just moved to the area and I was very nervous about finding a new stylist and Nicole made me feel right at ease with her knowledge and communication. She was very patient when I told her my reservations about going to a new sylist and she completely understood. The color and cut I received was exactly what I wanted if not better. I would reccomend her to anyone. Pros: great location, very clean, modern Cons: lighting more
