Addy has educated me about caring for my curls and getting the look that's is right for me. She really listens to what you want and genuinely cares that you get exactly that. She's truly the best around, I can't say enough good things about her. I highly recommend her to anyone who has curly hair. It took me a whole lifetime to find a hair stylist that I can keep. more

I have been a client at Salon Spatoria for several years now and I continue to be SO impressed by the professional, relaxing atmosphere as well as the wide variety of affordable services they provide. Now with their new expansion, they've taken it to a whole new level of cool! They even offer Botox - talk about a one stop shop! I am always a big fan of shopping local, and supporting independent businesses - but Spatoria is without a doubt one of the finest independently run establishments I've ever been to. My wedding is a month away. I called a month and a half ago to make appointments for my bridal party to get their hair done. They said they would call back and never did. I called two weeks later, was told I was set. I tried to add a make-up session for myself and again was told they would call me back and they didn't. So last Friday I stopped in to check up on everything to find my appointments were not on the books!!! The front desk lady was snotty, and when I called on Monday to speak to a manager she was just as pathetic. They said they could squeeze in one or two but I needed five, so that did not fix THEIR mistake at all! The only consolation I was given was an insincere ""Sorry,"" that was so lackluster they could have just said piss off and gotten the same effect. They know nothing about customer service and treated me like poorly! Take my advice, go ten minutes west on highway 5 to Waconia and go to Off the Top Hairstyling, they are professional, polite, and know how to make a customer feel valued! Cons: Everything more

When I pay good money for a haircut and color, I expect great looking results and an expert opinion. I was not happy with my color, and my haircut was something I could've gotten from a stylist at Great Clips. The stylist gave me no input on styles or advice on what to do with my hair. The color was completely uneven; the back of my head was a completely different color than the front. When I complained about the color, the stylist offered to try to fix it, but by this point I had already spent 3 hours at the salon and was not certain she could even fix the problem. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Pros: location is close to my house Cons: no advice, poor service more

It was so inviting as soon as I walked in the door. It was bustling with people but I didn't feel like I was not part of it. Offered with somthing to drink and told it would just be a minute before I would be taken back for my manicure I was content and comfortable. As soon as I was taken back to the ""quite area"" The feeling of relaxation came across me. The tech was very polite, inviting and professional. What a fabulous expierence along with the best service and manicure I've ever had. I can't wait to go back and try the other srevices they offer. I've had massages at spas, salons & schools all over the metro, but have never gotten as much relief as I did from my myofascial release treatments here. Even though it's medical massage, it's more relaxing and rejuventating than sports injury massage. I'm more agile and have greater range of motion than before. Best kept secret around. This is a welcoming, professional and amazing salon and spa!!!! The staff is experienced, down to earth and amazing! I have had hair services here, massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. All of it! Not one of these services have been anything else but exceptional. This is a place that cannot be fully described in words with the positve experiences I have had!
