The stylists are wonderfully talented yet the owner, David Linde had to close his doors due to poor business management on his part. Many of the stylists have moved to Salon Del Mar, Diesel Salon, and Salon by the Cove. Good Luck! more

By far my favorite salon experience ever! I got to my appointment early and was greeted, given a beverage, and saw some really unique clothes and accessories. My stylist, Jenn did a great job listening to what I was looking for and also updating my cut. She was friendly, thoughtful and made my style realistic. They have great products they use also! I can't wait to go back! more

I've been going to Amanda (for cuts) and Kelly (for high and low lights) for a couple of years and I adore them both. They are true professionals who take great pride in their work and never assume that they know what I want but take great care to ask me how I've been feeling about my hair and what direction do I want to go in this time, etc. And the results are beautiful. I love the overall feel of the salon. It's hip, but not crazy....very relaxing and friendly. The shampoo massage is the best. And I love the Bumble and Bumble line. I am normally cost conscious, but I love Salon Radius and feel that I am getting real value for the $$. I look forward to my appointments! Pros: Beautiful results, relaxing experience more

Salon Radius is wonderful! I got a haircut from a junior stylist and I am extremely pleased! She, and the rest of the staff, was so incredibly kind and they make you feel at home in their quaint salon! Their products are also great. Overall, the service at Salon Radius is great and the employees are very, very kind. I even got a letter from my stylist -- and it was my first time there! 5-Stars for sure! I have been going to Salon Radus for about 11/2 years and it is the best Salon experience I have had. Stacy cuts my hair and it is always ahead of trends and perfect and my hair is not easy to cut. Kelly colors my hair and it helps to bring out my features and I never have to tell her what to do...I always let her do whatever she likes and her taste is excellent. I have been to very major Salons from Seattle to LA and since I have moved to this area Salon Radus far out shines any experience I have ever had. I'm a senior. My hairdresser, Christine, listened to what I wanted and made it happen but with her own sense of style. She is a dedicated professional who shows how much she loves her work. I have observed people of all ages coming into this salon and leaving with a new, beautiful look. These guys are artists! Pros: She listens to my requests. more

I recently found Salon Radius after going to another salon in SD for the past 5 years and I am so happy that I found it b/c I can't remember every having such a great experience in a salon. Its what I have been looking for when I began my search for another place to get my hair done. After 20+ years with my prior stylist, I was ready for a change. Amanda and Christine came highly recommended and with good reason! I get compliments daily on my cut and color, the salon is friendly, and I'm greeted with a smile as soon as I walk in the door. The salon is busy, but the atmosphere is upbeat and the clients all seem as happy as me with the service they're receiving. I followed my previous stylist through 5 or 6 salons and couldn't cope with the last one. This salon is well-appointed, chic and the girls take the time to teach their clients how to replicate the looks at home. They also teach them looks for those "busy" days when you just need to look presentable--that's a first for me. I'm hooked! Pros: Superior cut & color, client teaching. more
