Cori Skogerboe is excellent with curly hair....which is hard to find. She has great ideas for new styles and makes getting a haircut a relaxing experience. She has been cutting my hair for 8 years now and I still get compliments on haircuts. You will be refreshed by Cori, promise. more

This salon is really cool - I highly recommend!! Lynzy is a great stylist. She does awesome color and cuts, I always get a ton of compliments from people about my hair since she started styling it. I drive a long way to see her but it's definitely worth the trek! more

BEST EVER! 12/6/2011

Salon Ori is a very hip and trendy salon! I saw Laura for a cut and color. She was AMAZING!! She has a great technique for coloring...my highlights look SO natural! I love the confidence she has in her work. If I'm undecided about what to do with my hair, she just seems to know what will look the best on ME and I value her opinion. I also love the Philosophy products that the salon offers. GREAT place and the BEST EVER Hairstylist!! more

I have been getting my hair cut by Anjuliet for years, she is the BEST! I love the atmosphere in the Salon and of course my beautiful fresh haircuts. I've also had the brazillian hair straightening system which is such a treat and makes my life so much easier. more

Salon Ori is a great salon with a fun, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and they want nothing but the best for their clients. I love Salon Ori, it is a great atmosphere and all of the people are super nice! Lynzy, the stylist who does my hair is great! she's super fun and awesome at what she does! she listens to what your looking for, what your not looking for etc. She'll tell you how it is though, if she doesn't think something will look good, she'll tell you and work with you to find something that does! Amber Jean has been my stylist for a few years now, and she runs a great business. The atmosphere at Salon Ori is friendly and welcoming, bright and comfortable. Prices are great for the quality of service you receive. Amber Jean has always listened to what I want out of my cuts and colors, and I've never been disappointed! more

Hip, fun salon! 12/23/2010

Salon Ori is a cute, fun place to get pampered! It's not your typical hair salon with elevator music and people who dislike their jobs, the girls have fun and the atmosphere is fun as well. The salon itself has a hip, artsy vibe (fitting for the neighborhood). Paris is the master of color! I have followed her through the years even if it meant driving farther than I'd like. I also had a great cut from Anjuliet, who listened to exactly what I was looking for and delivered it. They also do brazilian blowouts, which I'm excited to try on my next visit. Overall, a fun place with affordable prices and excellent service. more

I highly recommend this salon. Amberjean (one of the owners) was so nice and down to earth. She did a great job on the consultation about what I wanted for my haircut. Excellent scalp massage too, very relaxing. more

Anjuliet is GREAT! 11/5/2010

I followed Anjuliet to this Salon - I'm very happy I did. The salon itself is cute - I really like the local art and that you can buy it if you want. Parking is not a challenge - which is really nice. And Anjuliet is really great when it comes to recommending what to do or more importantly what NOT to do (she's saved me from some bad ideas over the years), and she's the best hairstylist in the cities! more

Best Salon in Twin Cities 10/21/2010

This salon is cute and stylish with frequently changing artwork. Amber-Jean has been my stylist for 4 years and I would highly recommend her to anyone who has been looking to do something different with their hairstyle. Amber-Jean has an eye for what will look good and will tell you if what you are thinking will not look good on you. This place is fantastic! I also love their little reception area where they serve hot tea, coffee, water and wine. more

Lynzy Rocks! 10/20/2010

I've been a client a Lynzy's for years and she's always been awesomely phenomenal... even when I cut 6-7 inches off of my hair and went significantly shorter than I had in about 12 years. I was really apprehensive about it but I had complete faith in her and she never disappoints! When she moved from her last salon I followed her to Ori and as long as she's practicing I'll follow her to the ends of the earth! ***Update*** I now also bring my 15 year old son to Lynzy for his hair styling needs as well and for once, we are both finally happy with his hair! He gets what he wants (an awesome hairstyle) and mom gets what she wants (an awesome hairstyle for my son, from a great professional!) more

Lynzy Benson saves the day!! 10/1/2010

I recently had a mishap coloring my hair at home. I've been a blonde for 35 years and had been dying the underneath black. I was trying to just freshen up the color when the black rinsed into the blonde and turned well, blue! I ended up dying the whole thing black and hated it. I've been friends with Lynzy for a few years so I found out where she was working and made an appointment. She completely saved me. She gave me a consultation where she educated me on my options. We both have a love for black and pink and while I know it's not for everyone, she bleached chunks of the black and then put pink streaks in, cut it, and gave me a really cute style. I can honestly say, I have never been happier with my hair. It's totally rock-n-roll and I love it. I will be a life-long client of Lynzy. She is a truely a hair artist and is great at what she does!! more

She always delivers fantastic results and I highly recommend her because she cares about her clients and always listens to her clients needs and follows through with beautiful results. Nothing says spring like a new hair cut. I'm not one of those people really into my hair, so I never really know what to tell the stylist when I go to get a hair cut.
