What a Gem - Marlene Bachar 2/16/2010

From the first visit when Marlene styled my hair to today's visit when she trimmed it, I knew I was in good hands. She listens carefully to my ideas and makes it all happen. Not only does she make the outside beautiful, but she also treats the inside. I think Marlene is a psychiatric wannabe. Along with the flying scissors are her great stories and positive attitude. Marlene wants her clients to not only look beautiful but feel wonderful, which happens as she does her thing. She has great fashion sense, which carries over to her clients. I've been going to Alyza Lazarian for years--even before her beautifully remodeled salon changed its name along with its look. Salon O is the pefect match of sophistication and the personal touch. And the wine and cookies Alyza serves are always delicious. I would not go anywhere else. Alyza knows what you want both in cut and color and matches your wishes to a tee. Stephen - Great cut, great style 2/6/2010

I highly recommend Stephen. He did a fabulous job on my cut and color - I asked for a completely new look and he totally got what I was going for. He spent time with me and was very professional. The shopping center is easy to get to from both LaVista and Briarcliff and very convenient. The salon is neat and clean and everyone is very friendly. I'll be going back! Amber Glazner - Perfect Color & Cut Every Time 2/5/2010

Amber Glazner is such a phenomenal stylist I am happy to recommend her to others. I just decided to completely change my look and as always she delivered the perfect color and cut! She really knows what she is doing when it comes to color, and when I said I wanted to change from blonde to brunette, she was on board, but when I picked a color that was too dark and wrong from my skin tone, she kept me from making a mistake and instead with her guidance and expertise I ended up with a beautiful rich warm brown with subtle caramel highlights. The Best Color - The Best Service 2/5/2010

Stephen works magic on my hair. The color is always rich and not brassy. When I'm ready for a change, he spends time and works with me to come up with a flattering (and easy to take care of!) cut. Plus, he manages his time and clients well. It may seem like a small thing, but he doesn't keep you waiting and you don't have to spend all day at the salon. With Stephen, I don't have bad hair days. Looked at citysearch as usual. Saw some reviews for Salon O. Called in and Thomas gave me my new look - color and cut. I love the Paul Mitchell color. You should try it out. Clean and Neat place. Pros: Paul Mitchell Products. TV at the station. more

If you're a male and want more than a 10 minute haircut, you need to go see Thomas. The last salon I went in before going to Salon O, I overheard the receptionist tell a stylist that didn't seem to want to cut my hair that I was just a 10 minute haircut. I'm more than a 10 minute haircut. I walked out. Then I went to Salon O and Thomas cut my hair. He spent time with me and gave be the best haircut I have ever had. I'm now a fan of Thomas at Salon O. Amber is professional, knowledgeable, creative, and has a great personality! I will never let anyone else touch my hair. She is the BEST! Amber is such a great hair designer. She knows color and cut better than anyone I have ever trusted with my hair. The color is great and the highlights are perfect. I had lunch with 10+ plus friends last week and received many positive comments on my hair. I have followed Amber from a previous salon because she is the best. The absolute Best! I followed Amber Glazner to Salon O from another salon after she gave me only one cut and color because I was so impressed by her attention to detail. I was disappointed in the recent stylist turnover at my former salon, so I decided I would rather follow a stylist I knew I could trust. Amber gave me very natural looking blonde highlights on my dark blonde hair and she gave me a great haircut as well. I received many compliments from friends. Goodbye Grey, Hello Gorgeous Hair! 1/3/2010

Amber Glazner has been cutting my hair for a while now. She always gets it right. The last time I saw her she mentioned coloring my grey, but I was nervous. I am so glad I let her do it. She did what she called a glaze which left my natural color the same, but colored the grey so it looks like lighter brown highlights. It is fantastic, my hair is shinier and feels softer than before and best of all it looks so natural, and of course I have no more grey. I am thrilled with the glaze and will definitely do it again. Amber Glazner is Fantastic 12/19/2009

Amber has expertly styled my hair that is very hard to work with. My color was dull and my hair had no shape. She made me a ""Natural"" redhead with highlights which I love and I get complements all the time even from strangers. \r The shop has recently been renovated and is very relaxing and comfortable.\r \r I am so glad I have found Amber Glazner, the Master Stylist! more

Hidden Treasures 12/15/2009

I had a great experience at Salon O in Atlanta. My stylist Amber Glazner called it a ""Hidden Treasure"" and I agree. I have been to the shopping center many times before and never even noticed it. Now I am so glad I did. It is clean, modern and the staff are all friendly and unpretentious. If you are half as happy as I am to find such a great salon so close to Emory and a stylist that really listens to you, you will be a back too.
