Salon Nouveau

I love this place! I have been here for a couple years now and can honestly say I won't go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. I have never walked out of there feeling like I don't love my hair!! I do use the products too. Kevin Murphy is great and Oribe is the best of the best!! The stylists educate you on the products so you actually know what they do and how to use them! I would recommend any of the stylists, they are all fantastic! more

After visiting nearly every major salon in Spokane and being continually dissatisfied, I finally found Salon Nouveau. My friend recommended that I go see Nora, and I am so happy I did! Not only is she totally professional, engaging and talented, but she is the first stylist to actually give me the color and style I wanted! She listens and knows how to bring out the client's features, and also what is current. Her product knowledge is extensive, and set me up with the color care system I'd need. After moving to Spokane to attend Gonzaga, I was concerned about finding a good quality, affordable salon that I could trust to replace the one I frequented back home. All of my roommates had nothing but good things to say about Nora Croft at Salon Nouveau so I thought I'd schedule an appointment and see if I liked her. I am SO glad that I did and wished I had found out about her sooner! I absolutely love what she does with my hair and feel completely comfortable giving her freedom to style and cut my hair however she thinks will look the best on me. Not only does Nora do a great job with my hair, but she has extensive knowledge of hair products and styling tips so I can go home and attempt to work the magic that she does on my hair. I, followed by several members of my immediate family have been going to Salon Nouveau for about four or five years now and I have to say that they are a really great salon. Rachel is our stylist and she is amazing and so so talented, I believe she went to paul mitchell academy and shes worked for bumble and bumble as well. Several years ago I had the pleasure of being a client at Salon Nouveau. At the time, Crystal was the amazingly wonderful, kind and competent receptionist/manager there. The stylist and colorists at Salon Nouveau are all wonderfully, skilled, talented and well trained. Not only was everyone on staff accommodating and caring, but they were also excellent communicators and extremely conscientious about their work. Everyone who lives in Spokane or is able to visit this salon is truly blessed. Salon Nouveau also has a great location in downtown Spokane within walking distance of the best hotels and shopping! Most importantly, I'd leave the salon feeling my best and well taken care of. more
