An Enchanting Experience 5/11/2011

My first time at salon Enchanted was an unforgettable one. I loved my stylist ""Kandi""she was the sweetest and friendliest stylist I have ever met, and knows her stuff. She was very patient and helpful when I was trying to pick the perfect highlighted shade for my hair. I am usually very picky when it comes to experimenting with stylists because of bad experiences in the past. Which is probably why I hadn't highlighted my hair in 5 years lol. I think many girls can relate. No one has been able to ever get my shade of natural highlights right and Kandi did it in one try. The great thing with her is you don't have to be afraid to explain how exactly you want it, she is a great listener and gives you wonderful feedback. If you go to salon ""Enchanted"" and you want the name to epitomize your hair ask for Kandi! Also the H20 room where you get your hair washed is a whole world on its on with it's soothing atmosphere. I plan on being a repeated customer and I believe I have found my match made stylist in heaven. more

Best Highlights Ever 2/12/2011

This was my first time to Salon Enchanted and Sara did a great job on my hair. She took her time with my hair and worked with what I have which is thin baby fine hair. I left with a cute bob and great color. Can't wait to go back again. The staff was great too. Call and make an appointment with Sara she books up quick. more

Well worth the drive!!! 1/28/2011

I felt like doing something completely different with my hair. After pecking around and looking at reviews, I decided to give Salon Enchanted a try even though it was quite a drive rom N Fort Lauderdale. And I am so glad that I did. I arrived early and was mortified to realize that I left my inspiration photo at home on the counter because it had taken me weeks to decide what I wanted to do. The staff didn't miss a beat and offered to look up the photo online, and luckily we found it!! I was going for a big change... from long, dark auburn red hair to blonde and short. So I requested a color expert because that can be a tricky move and downright scary in the wrong set of hands. All in all it was a long day and I had two stylists and two shampoo girls working on me. But with Sarah & Tony I felt complete trust and comfort, and they certainly did NOT disappoint!!! My hair is soft, shiny and SEXY. Thanks team enchanted, for exceeding my expectations and doing brilliant work with a smile. I can't wait until my husband comes home so he can see it! Well worth the drive! I'll be back. more

I love this salon. I've been a client at Salon Enchanted for 2 years now and I would never go anywhere else. Coleen Evans (the owner) is an amazing stylist! She is personable and knowledgeable and ready to listen to exactly what you want. The rest of the staff is very professional and talented as well. This is an amazing salon. The owner, Colleen, is very professional and talented and knows how to make you feel valued. She really listens well and performs accordingly. I was born and raised here and have been to many salons. This is the best. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a bit more of a drive for me but worth it. I hate recommending, however! I highly recommend this salon. more

Slice of Heaven..... 11/29/2010

My first year as a 'snow bird' and I needed my hair colored! I found Salon Enchanted on the internet after searching salon after salon for the perfect 'fit'. The salon was clean & delightful.....friendly, helpful, pleasant staff, with a great menu of services! Kandi cut & colored my hair and answered ALL my questions. She recommended I get a conditioning treatment in their 'H20 Room' after my color. Their 'H20 Room' is a slice of heaven! A peaceful, relaxing atmosphere where you'll get a delicious scalp & hand massage. I chose the Awapuhi Ginger treatment which left my hair silky & luxurious! HIGHLY recommend this unpretentious AMAZING salon. Can't WAIT for my next appointment! more

I have been going to Tony for over 4 years. He is a MASTER of a great color and cut. I wear a dark auburn color and he mixes his magic to prefection every time. Pros: A Great Salon, well worth the drive!!! more

I was really nervous because I had just gotten a terrible haircut and I had party that weekend. My mom and I called around to about 20 different places and then we found SE. Once I watched their video I was hooked. That afternoon I went in hoping they could fix my hair and it was amazing! It was like there had never been a problem and my stylist Kandi was fabulous as well. Now I love my style and get complents for it all the time. Salon Enchanted 6/21/2010

I was really nervous trying to find a hair dresser moving from Orlando Florida. I had found this place after calling about 50 diffrent hairstyles to suit my needs. I was running low on my luck since I am an African American woman who is trying to find someone who can do my hair properly. I was so thrilled on how knowledgeable Tony was. He taught me many things about my hair that I did not know myself. I am thankful for Salon Enchaned and the staff. I had to run and tell my coworkers and friends about this! Excellent Local Salon 6/17/2010

I have been going to Salon Enchanted since late 2006, I originally went to see Robert, who is a great stylist. Due to my school schedule I had to stop seeing Robert and started seeing Sara. Sara has a fun, creative, and artistic view on hair and she is always up to experiment or try something new and different. She is a great stylist and always listens to what I want and has a great feel for mens hair. The Salon itself is really friendly and personable, the front desk knows me by name and even knows when I call to make appointments. Everyone there is very nice and will compliment you when you get a rocking haircut by one of their stylists. Sara also does excellent eyebrows so if you are in need of extra ""man-scaping"" she can definitely take care of that for you and still make you look masculine. so for the first time ever i went to salon enchanted and i love the style! Michael is amazing hes cute also! haha he did my hair just like i wanted and while i was there i was treated like a princess! everyone is so nice and it felt as if i was with my friends! AMAZING! 5/15/2010

I'm usually pretty scared when I get my hair done. But not when Michael does it! I felt comfortable with him the second I walked through the door. The color he put together was amazing and then the cut was just everything I ever wanted. The staff was easy to talk to and the salon had a good vibe. $60 TACKED ONTO MY BILL FOR SALON'S PROFIT PLEASURE! 5/9/2010

I took a chance and went to Salon Enchanted based on the reviews on Citysearch - and they were spot on: Michael is an excellent stylist. HOWEVER, after he finished I went to remove the smock. When I went back to the front, Colleen obviously thought I was still in the restroom - but actually I was standing there WATCHING HER INSTRUCT THE RECEPTIONIST TO WHITE OUT A $50 LINE ITEM & WRITE IN $130! THE COST SUDDENLY WENT FROM $130 TO $190!!!!! I have never been more horrified by unethical behavior as I was in that salon - despite having good, honest stylists, they are RIP OFF ARTISTS and should never be trusted. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO TO THIS SALON - I CERTAINLY CAN NOT AFFORD AN ADDITIONAL $60 TACKED ONTO MY BILL FOR THEIR PROFIT PLEASURE! I was referred to Salon Enchanted by a friend and couldn't be more pleased. I didn't even realize how much style my hair could have, but now that I do I wouldn't go anywhere else. Michael was friendly, informative and you could tell that he has a real passion for hair (much like all of the stylists at Salon Enchanted,) which unfortunately, at so many other salons it seems to be lacking. My color came out beautifully and the cut is the best I've had in years and in a very reasonable amount of time. Who knew you could have such an enjoyably experience in a salon? See you in 2 weeks! Michael is great! 4/26/2010

I showed up looking like a cheap street girl, with my hair all chopped up and a washed out blonde from a bad hair cut and bad colorist (really no exagerating). I left that place looking like a model!!! I told Michael exactly what I was looking for and he exceeded all my expectations. The hair cut looks like coming from a magazine, the color is even and shiny. As soon as I left the salon, I was stopped my 2 ladies asking me where I got my hair cut!! I completely 100% recommend this salon and I completely 200% recomment MICHAEL. MICHAEL GREAT JOB!! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!! more

Really laid back, relaxing atmosphere where you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. I actually made an appointment for Colleen based on reviews on Citysearch. I was not disappointed - my color is great and she knew exactly what I wanted. The cut and blow dry looks and feels good and you feel like you're visiting an old friend. Ask about the Angel Cards!!
