The atmosphere was upscale, yet very inviting. Great customer service with talented staff, I really enjoyed my "mother's day-out" with their day spa experience and a new cut.

I just moved to Franklin from Northern Virginia and need a cut and color--made a search on web and found Salon Capelli, made a phone call about 3:30 and was told to come in..the salon is clean and offers lots of services. Daniel was my stylist or should I say is my stylist. I was very pleased with results. The staff is friendly and family centered. Thanks Salon Capelli. more

Best is only getting better! 6/1/2010

I love this salon! Every room offers a new luxury. This salon makes you feel right at home all the way from its' staff down to the decor. Dusty Marsh has been doing my hair for years and he has recently joined this salon's staff! He always listens to your cut and color needs and has helped me step out of my comfort zone :) I get compliments on my hair color even when its messy and pulled back at my serving job. Truly he makes you feel like the most important person both in his chair and after you leave. Spread the word, Dusty Marsh at Salon Capelli! And while you are there you can get your massage, facial, and mani/pedi needs taken care of too !! Trish, thank you for your beautiful salon and wonderful staff! Pros: Dusty Marsh is now here! more

Coming here is a relaxing break in my busy schedule. They can always find a way to fit me in and take care of me. Trish the owner is personable and wonderful and I continue to return to her salon even though I was relocated an hour away! Just no one else equals this place. A big thanks to the staff! wonderful experience 2/22/2010

This is the salon I have been looking for since I moved to Nashville. They also have an associated boutique next door, where I shopped while my color was setting! My stylist was knowledgeable and I will certainly be going back to her. If you're searching for the perfect, relaxing, no hassle experince, this is it. They absolutely have the best services offered at their day spa and salon. Their staff is friendly, inviting, and attentive. The facility is flawless, upscale and yet very comforting. Salon Capelli is the best retreat I've had in a long time, and then to leave there looking like I felt? Perfect. The stylist and masseuse I saw were interested in me as a client and went the extra mile to make sure I got what i needed and came for. Stylist was Star Struck 11/20/2008

My overall experience with this salon was just ok. I felt a little uncomfortable in there but all the people were very nice and friendly. Being in the Nashville area, it's common to run across people in the country music industry. My stylist talked non-stop about the people she saw or people she knows who knows people. The client in the next chair was a personal trainer with some high profile cients. My stylist and that other client talked non-stop. It was annoying. The overall service was ok and I would still recommend the salon. Hopefully my experience was just a one-time thing. more

You can't go wrong. If you are looking for a new stylist that does it all Look No Further! Ana Taylor is the best. Ana is fabulous!!!!! 7/17/2008

I moved here not too long ago and needed a haircut. My hair was almost all the way down my back and I was ready for a change! Ana to the rescue.....she cut about a foot of hair off of my head and made me look like a new woman! If you are looking for someone to cut your hair with a razor, look no further!
