Salon Aura

I love going to Aura. Compared to any other place I have gone, the staff and environment in the salon is professional and clean. I always get my hair cut and colored with Dan because he does an amazing job and listens to what I want. I especially enjoy the shampooing process because he gives the best massage I've ever had. I can never refrain from smiling. Overall, he delivers, and provides great entertainment throughout the whole duration of my visit. I recently went to a different salon because I am out of town at college. I wish I would have waited to get my hair cut when I return to Appleton. more

I have been going to Salon Aura for several years, it is a professional, clean, affordable place filled with an educated and accommodating staff.\r I have been there for manicures, pedicures, colors, cuts,and Waxing. I have never had a bad service. And for the products and environment the prices are hard to beat. You definitely get what you pay for. I always enjoy stopping in even if its just to but products.\r I have seen many people there but I really enjoy Kate. She is nice and very smart. Love going to her. She is an amazing colorist and just all around professional. more

went into the salon with beautiful dark hair. I wanted a few beige highlights to lighten it up..NO GOLD i told the girl Katherine i wanted no gold in my hair and ask her befor she started could it be done. She told me she could do it and i was in there for 6 hours she did a bleach wash and then redied my hair dark even though i wanted it lighter and when she was done i had dark hair with orange streeks i looked like toney tiger. Several stylest in the shop were shocked at the job she did. I came back to have it redone and fixed and left again after 3 hours with GOLD frizzy hair. The manager Doug told me to come back a THIRD time and they would get it right. After paying $150 i went into the shop a third time and the girl said it couldnt be fixed and dyed my hair back dark. so after all that time and money i still have the same dark hair but in verry poor dry frizzy conditon from everything they did to it. I ask the OWNER Jim could i get a refund or if not just for them to cut my hair a more

My mom went to Aura, and had a great haircut & color, so I decided to go. I can get appointments easily, and have always had great service, and cuts! Dan is great, and always entertaining. The massage during the shampoo is fabulous, a great touch!\r \r I highly recommend! more

We can all agree that getting an eyebrow wax is not the most pleasant experience in the world. Come visit Jessica at Salon Aura. Not only does she do a great job, she's a really nice person.
