1) Offer a "gift" to the customer who is actually referring another customer 2) Let the customer know when their hair stylist has left and offer suggestions for a replacement in order to be proactive in a positive manner 3) Offer a intro discount or "gift" for the customer who must now try another hair stylist replacement more

Comfortable Enviroment 12/4/2011

I have been going to Salon Art-Tiff for a couple of months for wax treatments. All I can say is how professional Keisha is and what a great job she does to make sure everything is done correctly. I look forward to my future visits because of the rleaxing atmosphere and the professonalism of the staff. more

Me Day 11/28/2011

I call it "Me Day" because every two weeks I come for a Mani/Pedi. It's when I relax and get pampered by Gina and Kaitlyn. Sometimes I even take a little nab. Sometime I have other things done. I keep coming back because all and all it has been good! more

Great Salon Day! 11/6/2011

My husband bought me a spa package and it was the first time i had ever been to Salon Art-Tiff. Well to say the least, it was fantastic! The staff was very professional and attentive and the services were wonderful. I would definitely like another spa day at Salon Art-Tiff again very soon :) more

Finally! 11/4/2011

I have finally found my new salon! After moving to Pa more than 2 yrs ago, I have finally found a true salon to start coming to. From the moment I stepped thru the door and was given a salon tour while waiting for my appt with Kara, to the the most amazing color and cut I have had in years. Kara is wonderful, patient, and gave me her professional opinion which I am sooo glad I took, I love my new short cut! I cant wait for my next appt in 6 weeks!! more

Service is always wonderful with Kara. She's very experienced, and gives great tips. Only downfall is the price... be prepared to pay about $50 for a haircut. more
