If you are like me, you normally would feel helpless when computer crashes... That happened to me couple days before New Years. Taking it to a repair shop, of course you can't avoid the fear that because you are clueless about the subject, they can take advantage of you. Pretty much what happened to me with the first shop I took my laptop too. Just to do diagnoses, they charged me $40. In couple of days final verdict was that hard drive is dead and I have to replace it ($80) and it will take about 2 - 3 hours of labor - altogether about $250... and that without data recovery... I decided to shop around and saw Erin's shop with great reviews. Stopped by on Thursday. Erin said to call back in few hours. Long story short, I had my laptop in same condition before crash (with full data recovered) next morning (NYE!) and no hardware replacement was needed and I only had to pay less then one third of what the over shop was to charge me without data recovery. Erin is very honest and true professional, who has great knowledge of what he does. Absolutely trustworthy, which is not easy to find, specially in this economy. Would recommend him to all my friends! more

I went into Salmon Bay Technology a little apprehensive,\r I had never had a need before and I will admit I am very computer illiterate. My computer had a virus and I had made it worse by trying to get spyware installed and actually downloaded another virus. Anyway, in 1 1/2 hours he had my computer fixed with no virus and new free security installed! I was told this sevice would cost me a lot more money than the $45. dollars I was charged!!!! We called Erin on a Sunday with a web emergency. He picked up on the second ring, and had a web page built and up and running within hours. I can not speak highly enough of Salmon Bay Technology. Wish I could give them 10 stars. more

Salmon Bay Technology was very helpful in fixing my computer problem. They where very fast at fixing the computer (same day) and it did not break the bank! Just a little hard to find the office when I dropped of my computer. Pros: Fast & Cheap Cons: Office a little hard to find more
