i brought my children to dr. gould this week. it was such a positive experience for all of us. i was nervous to bring them because i'm scared to go to the dentist for my own teeth. my kids can't wait to go again. they were in and out and it was no big deal at all! i can't beleive i was worried! more

Most of the dentists on the North Shore seem like they can't be bothered with children. My family dentist didn't do anything more than look at my children smile from across the room. So I went to find a Pediatric Dentist through the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. I saw that Dr. Gould is young and thought that he would be up to date on the latest techniques for treating children, especially those with a lot of anxiety like mine. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with him. The office is small and the atmosphere is low-key, perfect for kids who can get more anxious from being around lots of other hyperactive peers. Dr. Gould seems wise beyond his years. He listened to all of my concerns and spoke to me in language that I understood. Most importantly, he listened to my children. The appointments were brief but thorough. I was happy that my kids weren't expected to sit in the dental chair for 30 minutes. I expected the worst from my kids but I was amazed at how well they responded to him - even my two year old!\r \r I wouldn't take my children anywhere else. The office was clean and neat. The dentist was on time. His technique was good. He made my children feel ar ease. H e is in practice with his son and they are always available for emergencies or to answer questions you may have about your childrens teeth. Pros: kind to children, neat office, friendly staff more

My 3 year old was terrified of the dentist, and Dr. Gould not only stopped her tears but actually had her giggling. It was our first visit to this office and by far the best dentist I have been to with either of my kids. My kids loved the toys and actually thought the dentist was fun! This office is about 40 years old if not older. They always run out of clean instruments for dental procedures especially when the orthodontist is there. I wouldn't recommend this office they have a high volume of masshealth patients. They are in and out in 10 minutes for an dental procedure so problems may be over looked. I would recommend going somewhere else. more
