The pizza is great but could use more cheese when ordering "extra" cheese. We ordered wings and much to our surprise, they were AWESOME. We really didn't think a true Italian restaurant like this would even sell wings and on top of that, be delicious. We ordered wings and we most surprised as they were terrrific, one of the best tasting wings we've had. This pizza is great too! Pros: convenient, delicious more

My favorite Italian Restaurant in Richmond 3/15/2007

Sal Cataldo's is not fancy but their sauce is better than anything I have had anywhere. I am always happy with the food whether it be pasta or pizza. We travel 11 miles to eat there even though there are many similar restaurants much closer to us. The wait staff is friendly and most of them have been there for quite awhile which is nice, Sal Cataldo's also has the best rolls in town!!!! One of my favorite dishes is their Eggplant Rolotini. Pros: Great Food, Friendly Wait Staff Cons: The shopping center where they are located is not doing well. Many of the units are vacant. more

tasty, not too thick and doughy, not too cheesy but more than ny. nice and family like with specials on wednesday and a frequent pizza-er card. Pros: inexpensive, parking, nice more

Friendly Folks, Good Food 8/4/2002

There prices are low, the atmosphere quaint similar so something you would see in the fan but the staff remembers you every time you come in and they know what you like and don't like, they are friendly and it's a great place to take the family, you truly feel appreciated at this restaurant. Pros: Food Price, Friendly Staff, Family atmosphere Cons: Slow to get check, Sauces all taste same, Bread is not good more
