Sakimura has the feel of a traditional japanese restaurant. Manager Jessica and Sushi Chef Tony are the best. Sakimura serves only the freshest Grade A fish. Freshly prepared live sea scallop is a sweet and refreshing seasonal treat. Uni sushi is my favorite. While Sakimura also does Benihana-style teppanyaki, we prefer to stick with the sushi.
