This place offers a sushi, in the way it should be. Sit at the bar to watch the chef open whole Aji fish, making a little pile of meat on a boat of fish. Once you finish eating the meat, the fish boat (head and the spine) will be cooked to make a Hone senbei. This place teaches you the philosophy again, ""there is not a part in fish that is wasted"", like how things should be! They have amazingly authentic food (scare most Americans away), like taking little fish swimming in a pool of water and next moment they're in batter to be deep fried. The interior decoration wasn't very romantic. It would be okay if you take your baby with you. Don't go if you cannot handle fish head in front of you. This place sure cost you some, but hey, that's the way it should be again...
Pros: RIGHT sushi, RIGHT sushi, RIGHT sushi
Cons: little pricy, not fancy seating
