I recently did a birthday dinner for my daughter, 7-8 people, called ahead for reservations, all ordered combos to be done on the grill, no shrimp appetizer, bowl of broth, ordered my steak rare, so I got mine first, so it got cold during the preparation of the others, would it not make sense to start the other meats and beef so they all are served at once, no desert, had to remind them it was a bday, just seemed sloppy
