I enjoy dining at this restaurant. The hoisin sauce and spring rolls are great, though small. The service is decent, only once did I have bad/poor service by some guy. The lady who is usually working/serving when we go there is very sweet and pleasant. The atmostphere is nothing special, but the food is wonderful. The menu took a minute to figure out, but after the initial dinner, it was smooth sailing. I definitely recommend this quaint Congress St eatery.
