Good Vietnamese Pho, a street side treat for the Vietnamese people back home, is hard to find in the US. I was pleasantly surprised when my venturing into this fairly new-ish restaurant (they opened a year ago) rewarded me with a steaming bowl of fragrant, beefy pho.
They do not scrimp on the meat, and the noodle is pretty substantial too. My favorite is number 14, which is a combination of flank steak, raw thinly sliced steak, meatballs, and a bit of everything else. Mix the pho's with the hoisin sauce and the hot sauce provided on each table. And then write a review of your own!
Also, try the spring roll!
