I enjoyed this restaurant when it first opened but unfortunately I've noticed a definite decline in quality in the last few visits. Phở has always been better than the other menu items, and it's still pretty good, but on one recent visit we were brought a plate of basil leaves/bean sprouts that were (literally) brown and withered, and had to ask for a fresh plate instead. The noise level can be very high, especially when someone's making a smoothie, which happens pretty frequently and requires a rather deafening blender to run for a couple of minutes at a time.\r

On the last visit we ordered shrimp & pork egg rolls that tasted ""off"" (not sure if they were a different type than before, or weren't fresh, or what). The waiter noticed we'd only eaten one bite and asked if they were okay, and we said they didn't taste very good compared to previous visits. He informed the manager, who (literally) shrugged his shoulders and charged us for them anyway. I paid the bill, but don't plan to return— there are too many other good Vietnamese restaurants around to settle for mediocre. Good night, Saigon.
