8 times within a year, when i was a customer, they missed collecting my trash. No biggie, trash bin was not that full. but it was annoying nevertheless. But whatever.
Five months ago though, I cancelled my account with them as i had to move. Gave them my credit card info for payment and everything. Five months later i get a collection letter saying i owe them money. what???
So i called, it must be a mistake.. the person on the other line was rude and said, "well there's no payment showing here". Well okay, that's why im calling.. i have no issues paying it if i owe it but at least send me a letter saying the payment didnt go through or something. She says, "well there's not even an attempt at payment". Well, then, miss attitude, is it my fault that you guys didnt run the payment when i gave you my card info? Would it have been too hard to send me a letter saying, oh sorry, you owe us this much coz we didnt run it. and guess what? more attitude instead of an apology... instead, a snarky comment saying she wanted me to look at all my bank statements to prove i paid. a little good customer service would have been nice. but all i got was rudeness, and an afternoon of being annoyed.
