I don't know what some people are looking for. My daughter 13 and I went with Jackie and had a great time, The horses are well maintained, trained and clean, The tackle is in very good condition, Jackie is a excellent tour guide, and showed us a part of Las Vegas that we never knew about. I haven't been on horse back for over 35 years. I was a little nervous, both about looking foolish in front of my daughter and falling off and hurting myself. I was just fine after a few minutes and even trotted my horse ( Sundance Kid ) for a little while. I read some of the reviews people left. I believe no matter how hard you try, you cant please some people. I am looking forward to our next ride with Jackie. Terrance Hardin more

We made plans to go out horseback riding with Sagebrush Ranch in Las Vegas in Sept. 2012 well we had to change our dates as we had made reservations and found out that we also had reservations for a tour to go to the Grand Canyon on the same day. We called the nice fellow who we made the reservations with and he got us rescheduled for the next day and we had a great time. The horses were beautiful, the ride was fun but it was still a bit hot in Sept. in Las Vegas but still had a great time and would suggest this ride to all my friends. more

My two children attended horse camp for two weeks in june. At sagebrush ranch and had the time of their life. The girls love horses and dream of owning one of their own some day. Not only did they have a good time they learned so much they still talk about dreamer and painted lady. We are saving up our money so the girls can go to winter horse camp in december more

HORRIBLE 2/10/2012

This was a trip my fiance took me to celebrate our new engagement as well as Valentines Day. He was very disappointed at the whole experiece. When we got there we didn't even know we were at the right place. It looked like we were at a trailer park ranch not a horse ranch. There were trailers everywhere and an outhouse. There were no welcome to Ranch nor anything to drink . All they care about was the ""gratuity"" which if you deming 20.00 bucks a person before you even complete the whole experiece THAT IS NOT A GRATUITY. IT IS PART OF THE CHARGE. They collect the 40.00 from us and we all went around a neighborhood and back, mouth full of dust and thirsty, only to come back to some cokes on a table not even on ice and some bottle of waters also not even on ice. Meat COLD, CORN ON A BOWL. sour creme and butter with a spoon in it for u to scoop it out and put on potatoe. It was the worst meat ever I fed it to the dog as well as everyone else. Then they kept insisting to tip the cook... lol! the cook was a miserable woman from the beginning of the day and right away did not appreciate her attitude. And the food was the worst ever!!!! We left there after spending all that money, and went to Mcdonalds... nasty mcdonalds cause we were so hungry. And thisty too. There at least have Ice... We were expecting a romantic scene, country music and a table to eat with lighting. There were plastic silverware, paper plates and a plastic tray were the nasty food was put on. And then you sit infront of a little fire which did not warm you up at all. We left and got lost on the way out cause they don't even have lights illuminating the way out. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! more

This was just awful! 11/28/2011

This was a major rip off. The online ad boasts riding through the dessert, etc. This was in a neighborhood. The entire thing was disorganized. Our two hour ride was only just over an hour. This was completely unprofessional and a big misrepresentation of what is actuallly being offered. If you want a short ride through a neighborhood - on roads not trails - then I guess you would not feel ripped off. I'm not even going to bring up the food - other than to say I was disgusted. more
