Horrid 11/24/2009

Horrible service. We needed siding done in a timely manner and were told to wait 2 weeks. The time came and went and several phone calls were not returned. When we managed to get hold of someone we were strung along and fed the same old line that someone would get back to us and they never did. The elderly man who answers the phone is rude and the other one is never available. Not returning calls is an unprofessional and lazy way to do biz. After reading the other review, I'm glad we did not use them for this job. Stay away. Pros: zilch Cons: Everything more

Worst experience that I ever had 4/19/2009

Signed a contract in May 31, 2008 to have top 1/2 of the aluminum siding on one side of the house replaced due to wind damage. They were supposed to start , according to contract, in 2 to 3 weeks with job completion in 1 to 2 days. After numerious phone calls and promises the job was started in NOVEMBER 2008 and took 1 week to complete because they would work only one to two hours a day. They also took all of the siding that blew off and I stored under my back deck. Pros: absolutly NONE Cons: Do not stand behind the shabby work they do more
