I LOVE MY KITCHEN (NEWPORT) GRANITE (VENETIAN GOLD) THANK YOU SAGE!!! 1/20/2009

Lets see .. I did not see the negative post before I got my whole kitchen redone through Sage. Odd. I do recall talking with the owners on several occasions. David and Mark.. they are great help and I would definitely recommend everyone to get it done through them... My case is a little different. We originally went with Home Depot with our kitchen designs."" that was the worst mistake"" Home Depot makes you draw up your layout first, sends you back for a second drawing, ""expecting you to be knowledgeable of cabinetry"", charge me $150 dollars for ""their professional design staff"" to come out. Then of course, they had miss some wall light switch, in turn, they needed to return to my house for a final measurement.... then tells me they can not have my cabinets assembled in 6 weeks =( upset at all the time they have wasted .... knowing that I need my kitchen done ASAP. Long story short, a customer noticed how upset we were, told us about Sage Kitchen and Bath, how they can have it done in 10 days, and done right. We decided, what the heck, let's give them a try. When we arrived at their showroom, they were on point. We brought in the drawing from Home Depot and they gave us a ""ball park figure quote"". The next day, one of Sage's guys was at my house for a free measurement (it's free within 30 miles) Basically, they were off about 400 dollars on the cabinets, however, they explain why and it all makes sense. We were very pleased. Our kitchen cost more then $16,000, I paid $8,000 - 50% down. The delivery and install was schedule one week from the time I paid. They called me the next day and said ""Tony, we can deliver and install in 3 days!"" We were very pleased at the turnaround time these guys have... Two guys came that morning and started the tear-out.. By that evening, my wonderful kitchen was done... The granite was getting installed the following day. (Venetian Gold) They did an AWESOME job on my kitchen.. everything was leveled and done professionally. GREAT JOB Pros: Very fast turn-around..... Services is great... They are personal Cons: I think they are a small company... however, they apparently go as far as Beaumont more

Be Careful!!! 4/14/2008

I found them on Craigslist; advertising 10 x 10 kitchen cabinets/install, for $2500. I scheduled the free consult, the designer came out. She rushed through the consult, gave me some brochures and left. I received a 3-D drawing a day later and decided to give them a try. The cost didn?t include delivery, install, toe kicks, filler or molding although that?s what was shown in the picture, no disclaimers listed. To fix it; the designer gave up her commission, the price was still more. The installer shows up, he doesn?t have the right cabinets because the drawings weren?t exact. He calls the office, they call me - the range/microwave combo wasn?t there when the designer showed up; yeah right, my range is 30yrs old, no joke. The cabinets are installed, they look great but one cabinet door isnt straight and the molding is shaky. I called and asked them to fix it, no one has showed up yet more
