I no longer go to Sagami, although the sushi is one of the best, used to be #1 in the tristate. The reason I no longer frequent the restaurant has a lot to do with the service, in particular the owner. They tend to reserve certain dishes for the ""regular"" customers I was told. Why don't they just buy more????? In America, it has always been ""First come, first serve."" We now go to Genji and Shangrila which is friendlier and the sushi is good,too. Hikaru is another good place. It beats all for variety.
