When I lived in Rocklin, I always shopped at Safeway. Then we moved to West Sac. What a horrible, filthy, icky store. Panhandlers greet you as you enter, the aisles are tiny, they were always out of whatever I went in for, and the employees are very unfriendly and obviously miserable.
