Bad: The website says free estimate, but I have to agree to pay $39 service call which can be credited to the service provided. The garage door was just installed 5 yrs ago and started having problems to open. Technician charged $510 to replace two springs (not sure if necessary) and couple of parts(no major ones) and some adjustments. With $39 crdit, it's still $471. $25 repair coupon was not honored. With little more money, I could get a brand new door. Improvements: Honor your coupons without conditions. List contractor's license info.. more

My wife convinced me it was time to replace our old garage door! I kept pushing it off thinking the process would be an extremely expensive and frustrating hassle. With this company, it was just the opposite. The technician came, gave me a free estimate and explained what had to be done. The technician did a great job and was very helpful! more

After the accident, my garage door had to be repaired right away. I did not feel safe leaving the access to my garage opened overnight. VIP Garage Doors assisted me with my emergency and provided me with reasonable prices. I was very happy with my choice!! more
