The men inspected my 2 fireplace chineys and checked my furnace chimney. They were very carefully at every aspect of cleaning and there was not one spec of soot left behind. This was very important as my house is up for sale and was going to be shown the next day. They were professional, knowledgable and courteous. more

I am always pleased when I have my chimney serviced by SAFESIDE. The workers are completely professional and courteous. This time I had my air ducts cleaned as well as my Chimney. I thought it would leave a mess but the guys cleaned everything up. I wouldn't have even known they were there. Also, the price was lower than I expected! more

The company was prompt - was helping a friend who I was visiting - he had to go to work so I stayed to meet the chimney cleaners - the guys were professional - and agile when it came to climbing to the roof and getting to the chimney - almost a tightrope walk.\r \r Put the big brush down the chimney and I watched as they fed about 40 feet of poles pushing the chimney dirt to the bottom and the other guy vacuumed the debris - all they were missing were the top hats more

Safeside arrived right on time and got to work right away. They answered all my questions and did as I asked them to do. They explained the damage to the the chimney liner and showed me video of my chimney which included my property below at the same time so I would know it was my chimney and not someone elses. more

Arrived on the early side because they knew we needed the chimney cleaned before Friday because we're having a pellet stove installed then. The professional was very nice, did everything possible to keep things as clean as possible, was friendly - a real gem. Will recommend to anyone who asks! more

Quite pleased with Safeside 12/4/2012

We just recently sold our home , during this process the buyers home inspector gave us a long list of nit picky stuff to fix. Most stuff was easy to do it ourselves (the hubby is handy) but the chimney had more extensive masonry issues that we don't know how to fix. We had 10 days to get this done or closing would be delayed and I already had everything including our new home lined up around this date. I called 3 companies, one didn't show or call , one gave a ridiculous estimate and told me 50 percent deposit and MAYBE they would get it done in 3-5 weeks. \r Safeside chimney came out last, gave a price we could live with , and after explaining our situation came out 2 days later and two very nice and very professional men rebuilt our chimney. Looks great , too bad we don't get to enjoy it. Will be using them to clean our chimneys at our new house in spring. more
