Excellent Professional Service 4/16/2009

My coworker had recently used this company to replace her windshield and was very pleased. So when I decided to replace my windshield I used the same company. My call went to a national call center (but I was told that is relative to how busy the local number is). The call center was friendly and professional. They give you a 4 hr time frame to choose from. I chose the 8-12 block. I received a call 10 min prior to them showing up at just before 11. I decided to stay out and watch the install (mostly out of curiousity). They were professional, explained the process and talked me through some of the steps. They were concientious about their work and took pride in what they were doing. They cleaned up the area before and after.
