I own and operate SafeDriving Techniques and I appreciate sites like these that help to educate consumers. The only problem is that only one side of the story is told and therefore opinions are made. \r

I wanted to take this opportunity to respond to the previous review This is the first time I ever heard this complaint and I sincerely would have appreciated an opportunity to clarify any statements that may have been misinterpreted. \r

1. I do want my customers to be happy, but most of all I want them safe.\r
2. I cannot or will not discriminate against anyone for anything. I tell classes on the first day of discussion on how to obtain a license that it has become more difficult, do to the fact that 4 of the 11 Terroist in the 911 attack obtained a license to drive in Virginia.\r
3. I discuss people carrying weapons in the context of aggressive driving road rage education. News reports prove this. I also make a point of telling them that no matter how tough they think they are, that people who are carrying weapons do not have a particular look. I have never used a weapon other than for practice purposes and have never threatned to use a weapon.\r
4. Women are emotional.\r
5. Is there something wrong with my husband working with me? Successful completion of Classroom is followed by In-Car Instruction and in Virginia you can choose to take this part of the program at another establishment, if you are not happy..\r
6. I provide many educational materials i.e. motor vehicle code to the students and encourgage them to peruse them.\r
7. I do respect the fact that not everyone likes me, but I would have apprecitated the opportunity to discuss this situation with this customer.\r
