I called late on a Thursday, they came out on Friday and replaced the torsion springs and even repaired the damage to the track on the opener. We were thoroughly impressed with the promptness on such short notice and the professionalism of the work done. This company gives a 1-year warranty on work done. Our Garage Door fell on Saturday Night and after staying up all night. First thing in the morning, I call another company about the garage door They can out looked at it and told me that I need a new Garage Door and it would cost a $1200. It would also take 3 day to install. So I call Safe Way a nice guy name Phillip answer. He told me that Ihe normal does not work Sundays plus it was Father's Day. I told him my problem and that I was having surgey the next day. He told me that give him a couple of hours so he can get his tools. Came over look at the Garage and said it can be fix. and that I did not need a new garage door. Took him a couple of hours to put my garage door back together. Level the Garage tracks, Change the wheel, Replaces the Coral Spring, Replace the Cable, adjusted and tight the change on the Garage door opener, Tight all the Nuts and Bolts and even told me some secrets that some Garage Door Companies do not tell you and want to sell you. In the end it cost me $625 which I was happy. Being it was a Weekend Sunday and on Father's Day tells me that this Company is a 5 Star Company and a friendly man named Phillip is a true honest Professional and with 12 years experience know Garage Doors. Early on a Sunday morning my business garage bay door had broken a spring and was impossible to lift due to the size. I called Safeway Garage Doors and the tech called back within 20 minutes. Within 45 minutes he was on site and completed a temporary repair while waiting on parts. Four days later the parts arrived and were installed that evening after I had closed shop. The flexibility and quick response allowed me to have no down time for my business and the price was very fair. I’d highly recommend Safeway Garage Doors for any repair. more
