Safe Touch Security Systems

I have been a customer for several years now and have nothing but great things to say about their monitoring and service. I recently upgraded my system to their new interactive service with cameras and love being able to check in on my house at any time I want through my phone. I would highly recommend this company. more

Safe Touch (security alarm) has been horrible from the beginning. The alarm system was suppose to be $1000 with everything included and a $25/mo fee for a three year contract. The alarm was really $1000 to get started then an extra $100 for key chains that sales person said came with the system, another $250 for equipment for the internet, more misc. fees, and outragous service fees. Now my alarm system goes off randomly, and setting up an apt. with them is like pulling teeth. Their customer service is horrible. No one knows anything and you're constantly being put on hold while they transfer you to some one who does know and so on. The last rep. that called me when my alarm was going off, for no reason of course, didn't even ask for my name and password before telling me about the alarm. They are a bait and switch company and are incapable of securely monitoring a house. I would never recomend Safe Touch and I hope to be out of contract soon.
