Very kind & caring even tho' Miss Maddie was an absolute terror to groom. She liked the bath but finally tired of being groomed. She even bit me! We gave her a tranquilzer & returned the next morning to be finished. The staff was most understanding. We'll be back. more

Lucy Loved it 7/5/2010

We were so afraid to leave our Lucy at a kennel because she's such a worried little dog who had a very bad life before we found her. Being able to see her play via webcam w/other dogs and counselors brought me to tears. She was happy and tail was wagging. It made the trip for my Mom's funeral bearable. Loved getting the report cards too. more
