Saddlebrook is by far, the worst place I have ever lived.\r This was a very nice apartment complex in 1997. The main management company/Builder-Triangle, sold several hundred individual units to ""Private Owners"" who do not check criminal or rental history on applicants. I had to move quickly due to divorce and thought this was still a nice, inexpensive place to live. Please trust me, I would advise you to not rent here if you have children, even if you are single or a pet owner. Since the Owners do not check backgrounds, who knows how many Convicted Offenders-predators live here and are a danger to our children. I will be moving when my lease expires this winter.... Pros: Hilliard School District Cons: Awful Maintenance, Loud Parties, Dog Feces all over yard more
