They made me wait for over an hour in 2 stretches. After xrays I sat for way over half an hour. Dentist comes in for couple minutes to look at teeth then he is gone, and I sit for over half hour waiting for the cost. They didn't even do any cleaning. Just like previous poster, I had a loose filling. no pain but they insisted I get a root canal done. I would have gotten that root canal if they didn't make me wait so long. I came here because I found an advertisement for an initial consultation, x-rays and mild cleaning for $49 through the PennySaver. When I got there I wanted them to do a filling for a tooth, but I was told that I needed a root canal, even though I wasn't experiencing any pain. I told the dentist that I was not comfortable with doing a root canal when I thought that it was just a cavity that needed a simple filling because I had absolutely no gum sensitivity or pain. I went somewhere else to get a second opinion and two other dentists told me that they could just do a filling because my nerves weren't affected by the cavity...i.e. NO ROOT CANAL NEEDED. Saddleback tried to upcode/upsell me on a root canal! I'm never going back! more

Saddleback Dentistry is fine enough for basic work. They are a little too big for my taste. It seems like they just run people through there and really don't take the time to personalize the experience (even though they claim the give the personal touch in their ads). The work they do is acceptable and professional, so if they are on your insurance plan, you don't have to worry. One of the plusses of the "run-through" type service is they do get you in and out fairly quickly. more
