Here at Sacred Temple Fitness my desire is to design programs that are not only fun, but safe and effective so that you may achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself. I'll perform a postural assessment, review your medical and exercise history, go over any medications and/or supplements that you are currently taking. In addition, we’ll also discuss your eating habits and other topics that may be important for me to gain insight into your additional lifestyle habits that may get in your way of achieving what it is you desire to accomplish. The sessions will include exercises that promote balance and coordination, increased core strength and stability, improvement of overall stamina and endurance, as well as promoting total body strength and flexibility.
