HORRIBLE! 2/2/2016

Should have believed the reviews!!! This place really thinks consumers are stupid. I came in for a regular cleaning where my cleanings are covered at 100%. After x-rays are taken the front desk person informs me I have to pay $158 for services that will not be covered by my insurance. Why? On the paper wasn't anything about what my insurance will cover. They are just trying to get extra monies from you. Not only have I been a dental assistant for over 20 years, I get my checkups regularly. Therefore I just got up and left and I WONT be back! This place is a rip off for patients who don't know any better and just go along with what these people tell you! If you don't beware of all the other reviews just be sure you go in knowing what your insurance will cover, and have them explain why you need services not covered, GOOD LUCK! more

Poor Customer Service, Rude, Unprofessional, Uncaring 1/11/2013

I give this location ZERO stars but that's not a option so I was forced to select 1 to type my review. I would not refer anyone to this dentist no matter what the location. Don't know how she is stating in business except for the patients who do not care for their own health. The fake caring smiles quickly turn into rudeness when you dispute something on your bill or ask a question about a service. Each of the locations are one in the same. Poor customer service on top of being Rude and unconcerned. I thought it was just me until I found a friend who encountered the same on her visits and calls. I also noted several negative remarks on other review sites as well. That speaks volume with my own encounters. more

Bad Service Too 11/7/2010

I went to Heavenly Dental (Mcdonough location) a couple weeks ago. They are not on the GPS system #1. It took them 40 minutes to call me to the back and I had an appointment #2. Finally the dentist (Heavenly) said she would get back to me on my question and never did. My exit was awful as well, no one exlained to me what had been done or what I might need in the future (not like I would go back to them!!!!!!) AWFUL more

Tisk, tisk, tisk 8/7/2005

This place is awful. My husband and I went in together for a tooth cleaning. The dentist (whose first name is Heavenly) filled a cavity for me, but broke my tooth in the process (I am not sure there was even a cavity there since it didn’t hurt). Then, they harassed us for months about payment, because they kept filing both claims under my husband’s name only and finally got it right after the fourth or fifth time we told them about the mistake. more
