Great Airport! 5/24/2006

Sacramento International Airport has a great location, right off the freeway. This is the best airport around, much better than Oakland Airport or San Francisco Airport. This airport allows for easy pick up, and drop off, and the directions around the airport are great as well. more

This airport is very easy to get in and out of. Even though there's only one main drop-off location, it's never crowded because cars come in and get out very quickly. The airport doesn't seem to have alot of people walking around, so it's very easy to get to your terminal without problems. more

Easy as pie 4/16/2006

I really enjoy traveling through this airport. It's not the fanciest or anything but it is EASY to get into and out of. I've flown out of Sacramento as well as dropped off and picked up friends and just never had a problem. It feels like a small town airport in a way. It's easy to navigate and just makes you feel a little less stressed. That for me is a great thing! more

Much easier than OAK or SFO 4/7/2006

I fly home a few times a year to visit family in the Napa Valley. I used to fly into Oakland, but now I choose Sacramento. The airport is easy to navigate, and suttle buses run quickly to get you to the car rental hub. Fly into this airport and miss a lot of the Bay Area traffic crunch as well. more

Airports are fun 3/2/2006

I have a sister that lives in Sacramento, so whenever I go to visit her, I pass through this airport. I must say, it is rather impressive, albeit small. Small is a good thing! There's nothing more aggravating than a huge airport that seems impossible to navigate while trying to make it to your flight on time. The security here is tight, and the lines are manageable, which is always helpful. They also keep it clean, which is one of the things I always look for in a good airport. more
