If you're not a current customer don't call them, they don't want to deal with you. I was looking for service on a product that I moved from the East Coast ... the response was that they can't service anyone who is not a customer, and offered no help in finding someone who would... Not sure that's the smartest business practice... This was just one piece of my home gym that I'm looking to complete, and likely to spend thousands more on equipment... I certainly won't be buying it from Sacramento Exercise..
