The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We rode our bikes to the restaurant, and didn't want to leave them outside so they let us bring them inside in the foyer. Our server was very prompt and friendly and went out of his way to help us. more

You know when you get served food that was put together like someone who has no pride in their work did it in the dark? That's what the food was like here. My wife ordered the bruschetta sandwich and I ordered the burger (a ""brewery special""...pfffh). The gucamole (not avocado) was slopped on one side, the burnt bacon (not crumbled bacon) was slopped on another and the mayonnaise (I think that's what it was) was hanging over the side and under the bun. The side salad - which consisted of the white nasty center of iceberg lettuce - had a dallop of dressing and the rest of the fixins' were a joke. My wife's sandwich was the same - only chicken. Sure the beer was good, you'd hope a brewery could get at least that decent enough. We're hopeful next time the Pyramid here is as good as the one in Berkeley. They refused to have more than one check per table, took FOREVER to get our average food, set up a table for teenagers less than a foot from my infant in a high chair and used creative accounting when using our Entertainment card, taking off the cheapest meals even though they weren't from the same couple. Great food, terrific selection, great service for a pretty good price. There were four of us and we each had something different and everything was great. We also got the sampling of microbrews so we could taste what we liked--that's always fun. Pros: food, service, good parking more
