Every time I walk into Sachs Jewelers, I am personally greeted by the friendliest and warmest people. My needs are always attended to and the workers really care about their customers. I have gone multiple times a year to purchase items for friends and family due to continued excellent service by the company. I personally recommend Sachs Jewelers to anyone in need of something special for yourself or a loved one. more

This jewelry store is an amazing experience from start to finish. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked if there was anything I could be helped with. I was looking to get a Pandora bracelet for my mother. The woman who helped me stuck with me throughout the whole tedious process of choosing the right charms for the bracelet, and seemed genuinely interested in finding the perfect gift for my mother. I never felt like she was trying to sell me a higher priced item, or trying to get me to spend more than I wanted to. She just wanted me to find exactly what I was looking for. While my gift was being wrapped, I looked around and couldn't believe the selection of beautiful jewelry that this store had to offer, and at so many different price points. I will absolutely be recommending Sach's to my friends and family. What a wonderful experience. more

I have been going to Sachs since they first opened and every time I go it is been nothing short of a perfect experience. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. The other day I bought my mom her first Pandora bracelet for her birthday and I worked with Lauren N. and she helped me pick out the perfect memorable charms for it. My mom loved her bracelet and now its something special that we can share together! One time I needed a ring sized and the jeweler was prompt and courteous in getting back to me. And, as always with Sachs, it came back cleaner than I gave it to them. I would recommend this store to any one looking for excellent quality jewelry, experience, employees, service. more

Have made numerous purchases at Sachs Jewelers and have always found the staff and owners to be professional and courteous at all times. When my son consulted me on where he should go to purchase an engagement ring I suggested he see Marc Sachs at Sachs Jewelers. He was pleased with how he was treated at Sachs as he found that he was not treated professionally in other stores. more

My experience with Sachs Jewelers has been nothing short of excellent. The management super hospitable and jewelry so eclectic that I've found myself lost for hours trying on pieces and conversing with employees who provide impeccable and enjoyable service. I was so happy to see their new Alex and Ani collection, as they are some of my favorite pieces to browse and splurge my every dollar on! I will definitely be making more frequent visits now... I have been a customer at Sachs for a few years now and I could not be happier. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love their new Alex and Ani Collection and had purchased a few bracelets for my bridal party. I was happy they had everything I needed. The reason I keep coming back is because of the staff they make shopping alot easier and more enjoyable. more

I have only been to and made one purchase at Sachs but I couldn't be more delighted with the visit. Walking into a jewelry store with never buying jewelry before, I didn't really know what to expect. However, Sachs great staff was very patient with me and answered all of my questions that I had for them. They helped me until I found exactly what I was looking for and I was very pleased with it. Sachs will be the first place I return to if i ever need jewelry again in the future. more

I have been to Sach's a few times, and I have never had anything but a stellar experience. Every employee I've encountered has been friendly and professional. My favorite thing about the staff here is their ability to make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in, and they are knowledgeable about the merchandise. As previous reviewers have said, it's easy to find yourself in the store for a long period of time browsing the different pieces of jewelry and talking with the staff. There is always something new to check out here, and that's something that is great to see at a jewelry store. I will continue to do business with Sachs for years to come! more
