Let me start by saying that I'm a mom of 2 kids, a 3year old and a 7month old. This is the 3rd pediatrician I've been to(because of moving not because of poor service). So far I have had a pretty good experience there. The doctor that we routinely see is GREAT! She remembers us every time we go in and is extremely kind and calming to my kids. She listens and addresses all of my concerns. Bottom line is she is personable and competent which is what I'm looking for. A friend of mine also takes her child there but sees a different doctor who she loves.\r
Even the nurses there are nice and make us feel comfortable.\r
I have used the after hours service before and was called back after about 20min. The doctor was one that my kids had never seen before so I was nervous but everything worked out fine. She was really nice. I also recieved a call back from the answering service confirming that the Dr called me back. I did however have a disapointing experince with their scheduling. I had an well visit scheduled for my son(had appt card and everything) and was told upon arriving that he was not on the schedule. They told me he could be seen but it was going to be a wait. I was P.O.'d but thought, hey, mistakes happen. So I decided to just reschedule him for the next week since my daughter had an appoint. then anyway. Well, I take them in the next week and low and behold, my son is not scheduled again! Now I was beyond P.O.'d. The only reason I didnt change drs right there is because they ultimately handled the situation well. They admitted they messed up and were extremely apologetic. They also did see him as planned, had they not I would have a much different review to write. The other thing I want to mention is that they do have a seperate area for sick kids. It is posted with a sign that says Newborn or Well visit area only, or something to that effect. \r
All Dr.'s offices have their pro's and con's but overall this one is great.
Pros: Nice doctors, clean, friendly staff
Cons: parking
