I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND TRACY URGENT CARE 1/9/2011

Wow, I think this place is great! My wait was short (no appointment) and the care was excellent. They took care of everything: a brace for my broken ankle, referral to ortho, called my pharmacy with my prescription so I didn't have to wait there either and billed my insurance for me. I normally can't get an appt. to see my own doctor without waiting for days and the ER waits are unreal. I will definately come back here. Beautiful office, nice staff. \r more

Urgent care 2160 grant line. HORRIBLE customer/client service. I got a referal from other medical office to go there. I walk right in and got that 'look'. The look of non-welcome!! \r I didn't get to see the doctor. The receptionist told me they don't do xray. Well, on the website advertise as FULL service of hospital, clinic.......ect. Suck! more

Unprofessional 8/21/2009

Called this clinic at 8:30 PM and were told if we arrived by 9:00 they would see my wife who was in serious pain. Arrived at 8:50. They told us they were closed?? The doctor said he had worked 12 hours, WHO DOESN'T. Had to take my wife to Tracy Hospital, wait for hours to find out she had kidney stones. What if it had been more serious?? WHAT IF SHE DIED? He never even looked at her?? Cons: UNPROFESSIONAL more
