High quality food 3/23/2010

This Thai restaurant is a great find in Richardson. It's very close to my office so we go there two to three times a week. My favorite dish is peanut noodle with chicken. They offer high quality food to customers. All produce and ingredients are fresh. Especially, their shrimp is big. My wife loves their shrimp fried rice. The ice cream with sticky rice for dessert is fantastic. You definitely want to try this Thai place. Pros: High quality food more

We love this place so much. 3/20/2010

My family and I have been to many asian restaurants all around DFW. We came to Sawadika Thai Zone for dinner and had the best asian food in our lives. The dishes were presented beautifully and the price was right. The waitstaffs were very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. We love this place so much. We will be going back soon. This is the place to go if you're looking for a good Asian restaurant. It's a hidden jewel in Richardson. Special Thai Zone 1/30/2010

I enjoy dining in this restaurant. It's the best Thai place in DFW area. I took 5 of my coworkers here for dinner yesterday, and they liked it too. All of us ordered their Friday night drink special $1.99 draft beer. We also ordered their Trio special(3 courses) for just $12.99. That's such a great deal. I found this Thai Zone from their Best of Citysearch title.\r My favorite dish is Pad Prik Khing with chicken. I also love their Mango iced tea. The food is vey delicious and their service is excellent. I enjoyed everything I have eaten there. I agree they are the best Thai Zone. Pros: The best among others. more

I came back to this Thai Zone several times after my brother introduced me this place. Their food has consistently been the best. We all enjoyed the food and service. You will experience a nice and beautiful decor once you enter this restaurant. Their menu is simple and the prices are very affordable. We love their lunch specials and Dinner Trio specials. Best Thai Food in Town 12/15/2009

I know this Thai restaurant from a friend of mine. He is a Thai Food lover. I was told Sawadika is the best one in town. My most recent visit to Sawadika was perfect. I ordered a Mango Martini to start with. My favorite soup is Tom Kha Shrimp. So yummy. The Red Snapper Fillet is the best I've ever had. Don't forget the Mango sticky rice for dessert. Great Value, excellent food 12/8/2009

We ordered a catering order last weekend for 50 people from Sawadika Thai Zone. The food was so delicious. We first pick our favorite items such as Thai salad, corn patties and egg roll. Then we pick yellow curry chicken, pad thai chicken and chicken with lettuce wraps. Everyone loves their food. They offer good deals on catering orders. I will highly recommend this restaurant. Great Thai Restaurant 12/2/2009

This is a wonderful Thai restaurant that servces good food in a very nice atmosphere. The Red Curry with chicken is to die for, but Basil Fried Rice and Pad Kee Mow are even better. There are lots of items to choose from the menu. Thai Iced tea is good and so is the Jasmine tea. I love their Vegetible Delight with Seafood. The best I have ever had! I love this Thai food place... 12/1/2009

I go to this Thai Zone place very often for lunch during weekdays since my office is about 5 minutes away. My favorite lunch dish is Pad Kee Mow chicken and Yellow curry fried rice. 3 stars spicy (medium spicy) is what I can handle. The daily lunch special comes with a cup of vegetible soup. And for $1.00 more you can add an eggroll to your dish. \r I've tried many thai places in DFW but this is the best of the best. Bring someone special to this place and you will like it. Enjoy great food with affordable price in this nice restaurant is a smart choice. Pros: Nice decor...affordable and great food. more

New Favorite Restaurant 11/27/2009

My husband and I just recently dined at Sawadika Thai Zone. We've tried basil fried rice with shrimp and Pad Kee Mow with chicken. WOW! It was amazing - the BEST asian food I have ever had and they cooked it just perfect! I can not wait to go back and I am going to order the exact same thing! I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family. It is a nice restaurant where you feel relaxed and comfortable and the staff is so gracious and welcoming. Great Thai food and great deal 10/31/2009

I went to Sawadika thai Zone last night and had a great experience! I ordered the Trio special. There was soup, dinner entree, and dessert. i also got a free eggroll which was the Halloween special. The green tea martini tasted wonderful. I spent less than $20 dollars for all of this. The servers were nice and friendly. At the end, I also received a halloween treat bag. This place is the best. I will be back soon with my family and friends. Pros: Great food, great drink, great service and great deal. more

We go to SaWaDiKa Thai Zone at least twice or three times a week. This is the only place for our Asian food craving. The service is very good. The servers are friendly and attentive. For appetizers, we always get the Thai Fried Egg Roll or the Fried Dumpling. This Thai Zone has great Thai food with outstanding service. The lamb chop curry is the best dish I have ever had. I also love their Pad Kee Mow, it’s a spicy stir fried flat noodle. My favorite restaurant 10/12/2009

This Thai Zone is a find. You will be one of their regular customers once you try their delicious food and friendly service. The inside decor is very nice. The price is affortable and also they have many specials like ""Trio dinner"", half price Martini and lots more. Don't forget to sign up their email announcement. They have a beautiful website too. We've tried many Thai places in DFW that we can find.\r SaWaDiKa Thai Zone is the best one. The decor is very beautiful and different to others. Their waitstaff is very attentive & friendly. It's a good place for a date, lunch spot and business dining. They are serving lunch specials from 11:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday. Sometimes I go there around 2:00pm and enjoy my lunch break till 3:00pm. It's a very nice place and the price is reasonable. Especially, their Thai food is the BEST. The Best Tom Kha I have Ever Tasted! 8/28/2009

Tom Kha is a simple soup however there are many different ways to prepare it...\r I am not sure of how they do it but the flavor combinations tasted with each spoonful are absolutely amazing the blend of spices with its' ingredients make for the most flavorful combination that I have ever experienced! I have my definite favorite dishes but everything that I have sampled from the plates of friends and family has been top notch quality!\r They will accommodate to any palate but be adventurous! SaWaDiKa is the perfect spot for business lunches/dinners, a small party of two or a large party of 15+ with a wonderfully mood calming atmosphere!\r Pros: The Best Tom Kha & Pad Thai Around!
